The Nei Ting point belongs to the Foot Yang Ming Stomach meridian, and its exact location is on the back of the foot, between the 2nd and 3rd toes, behind the edge of the web of the toes, at the point of the red-white flesh margin (the junction between the palm of the hand and the dorsum of the hand, and between the heart of the foot and the dorsum of the foot).
