The fracture of the back includes the fracture of the lumbar spine and the fracture of the thoracic spine. The fracture of this part cannot be moved in the early stage and needs to be braked, which means to stop the activity. Otherwise, the fracture of the back is most likely to be combined with spinal cord injury, and after the spinal cord injury, the patient will have sensory, motor, reflex and sexual dysfunction of the lower limbs, which is usually called paraplegia, so the back fracture is not able to move. At a later stage, as the fracture heals, for example, after 8-12 weeks, that is, after 3 months, the patient can slowly move to the ground.
