Fluorouracil is a chemotherapeutic drug that generally works by blocking the division and proliferation of tumor cells and killing malignant tumor cells. Fluorouracil is one of the commonly used drugs in the chemotherapy of malignant tumors, mainly used in the treatment of gastrointestinal tract tumors, or a larger dose of fluorouracil in the treatment of choriocarcinoma of the epithelium. It is also commonly used in the treatment of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer and so on.
