1. Hepatogenic ascites:
(1) Oral diuretics, commonly used drugs include spironolactone and furosemide, the starting dose of spironolactone is 40~80mg per day, and the maximum dose does not exceed 400mg per day, the starting dose of furosemide is 20~40mg per day, and the maximum dose does not exceed 160mg.
(2) Peritoneal puncture ascites discharge treatment can quickly and effectively relieve abdominal distension, continuous large amount of ascites discharge, the first time not more than 1,000 ml of ascites, and then 4-6 liters of ascites per day need to be supplemented with human albumin, and every 1,000 ml of ascites need to be supplemented with 8 g of albumin.
(3) Choose peritoneal alpha drainage pump to return the ascites to the bladder for discharge, and choose the treatment measures such as transjugular portal shunt for ascites of cirrhosis.
2. For tuberculous ascites, tumor ascites, cardiogenic ascites, etc. should be treated for the primary disease.
