What to do when pimples turn into fleshy bumps

Pimples that turn into fleshy bumps are usually keloids, mainly related to keloid and caused by squeezing the pimple. This type of scarring is more severe as keloids, some of which may slowly increase in size. For milder keloids, topical scar-inhibiting creams such as mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream and silicone cream cream can be applied, which needs to be adhered to for 1-3 months. Severe keloid scars can be treated with closure therapy, using compound betamethasone or tretinoin injections once every two weeks to a month, and the keloid will gradually soften after 3-4 treatments. More severe keloids can also be treated by surgical excision with scar inhibiting creams.
