Invasive ductal carcinoma, a common pathologic type of breast cancer, is treated primarily with drugs, radiation therapy, and surgery. The treatment effect varies from person to person. 1. Surgical treatment: according to the size of the lump and the location of its existence, the surgical methods such as modified radical surgery and breast-conserving surgery are chosen. 2. Drug therapy: Common drug therapy includes targeted drug therapy, endocrine drug therapy and chemical drug therapy, such as trastuzumab, anti-estrogen drugs, progesterone drugs, gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs, paclitaxel, gemcitabine and so on. 3. Radiotherapy: radiotherapy is the necessary treatment for most of the early surgery and the existence of lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, and it is mostly carried out after surgery. Limited bone metastasis and recurrent tumor can be improved by radiotherapy. If invasive ductal carcinoma is diagnosed, it should be consulted in time and treated under doctor’s guidance, and no unauthorized medication should be used to avoid delaying the condition. Keep a good attitude and actively cooperate with doctor’s treatment, exercise moderately and have regular work and rest.
