Chronic granulomatous leukemia is defined as chronic granulomatous leukemia. Patients are generally eligible for NeoCrown vaccination when their disease is stable and during the off-drug phase. If the patient’s condition is in the acute or accelerated stage and the disease is not under control, it is not recommended to receive the new crown vaccine. 1. Chronic granulocytic leukemia is a malignant neoplastic disease formed by the clonal proliferation of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells. If the patient’s condition is under control and stable, the fusion gene has been turned negative and the blood picture is normal, and the patient is not taking medication, he/she can receive the new crown vaccine, and he/she needs to consult with his/her doctor to decide whether or not to receive the vaccine. 2. If the patient’s condition is not well controlled, or in the acute or accelerated phase, or if the fusion gene is not converted, in order to prevent the immune system from being impaired again and cause the condition to fluctuate, it is not recommended that patients with chronic granulocytic leukemia be vaccinated with the NeoCrown vaccine. It is recommended that patients with chronic granulocytic leukemia be closely monitored after vaccination, and if they become unwell during this period, they can seek immediate assistance from healthcare professionals.
