What’s wrong with the leg capillaries that are purple and noticeable with bruises?

Capillaries on the legs are purple and obvious, with bruises are generally considered as varicose veins of the lower limbs. Varicose veins of the lower limbs are characterized by dilatation of the superficial veins of the lower limbs, tortuosity, heaviness of the lower limbs, and a feeling of weakness. Mild swelling of the ankle and trophic skin changes in the boot area may occur, including skin pigmentation, dermatitis, eczema, subcutaneous liposclerosis and ulcer formation. Varicose veins of the lower extremities are recommended to wear medical compression stockings or elastic bandages to keep the varicose veins in a shriveled state. Patients are advised not to sit or stand for long periods of time and to elevate the affected limbs occasionally to reduce swelling and venous return. If the lower limbs are exposed to bruises, it is still recommended that the patient go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions to be treated accordingly, and if necessary, surgery can be chosen.
