What are the foods that are low in purines

Purine low food (refers to low purine content of food, usually less than 25mg of purine per 100g of food) are: grains and cereals, vegetables, fruits, eggs and dairy foods.
1. Grains and cereals: grains and cereal products with low purine content, such as rice, wheat, millet, corn, yams, sweet potatoes, soybeans, potatoes, bread, steamed bread, soybean milk.
2. Vegetables: radish, olive groceries, cabbage, pumpkin, bitter melon, cucumber, winter melon, amaranth, cabbage, lettuce, tomato, oatmeal and so on.
3. Fruits: watermelon, pear, cherry, kiwi, banana, pineapple, etc.
4. Eggs and milk foods: including eggs and milk and their products, such as milk, cheese, yogurt, eggs, duck eggs, etc.
