Some people feel that they have dreams every day, and there may be several specific reasons for this: 1. they are emotionally tense and have some excessive concern; 2. neuromodulation disorders, where the patient’s sleep cycle or rhythm may be disrupted and the sleep structure is altered. Such changes are further divided into two types, one may be accompanied by sleep-related disorders, such as RBD fast-acting eye sleep disorder, and these patients often have nightmares and fist-pumping behaviors at night, which need to be treated. The other may be an overall partials tension-induced change or alteration in sleep rhythm, which requires appropriate treatment by the sleep unit or neuropsychiatric health unit.
