Food intolerance test, which is mainly used to determine whether nausea, vomiting and other signs of intolerance to certain foods occur, is not reliable. At present, the most common food intolerance is milk intolerance. Various organizations claim that they can test whether a variety of foods are tolerated through hematology, and make clear the patient’s choice of food based on the test results. However, in actual life, they advocate mixing and matching of a variety of foods, which can be taken appropriately even if mild to moderate intolerance occurs, and thus food intolerance testing is not necessary. Moreover, most of the food is semi-processed food, which is a mixture of various raw materials, and even if food intolerance is detected, it cannot be avoided. Therefore, food intolerance testing is not reliable and is not recommended.
