Children with dry stools called constipation, can be adjusted through diet, Chinese medicine, massage. 1. Diet: avoid eating greasy food, avoid eating spicy and stimulating products, eat more light and easy to digest food. 2. Traditional Chinese medicine (1) Food accumulation (food indigestion and stagnation in the stomach) constipation: manifested by dry and knotty stools, lack of appetite, bad breath, nausea and vomiting, red tongue, yellow and thick moss, heavy and strong pulse, with Hovenia Conducting Pill. (2) Dry and hot constipation: manifested by dry and knotty stools, red face and body heat, dry and bitter mouth, red tongue, yellow and dry moss, and smooth and solid pulse, use Hesperidin Pill. Nudging: solid evidence of clearing the large intestine, retreating the six bowels, pushing the lower seven bones. Push the lower seven bones, tonifying the spleen meridian, tonifying the kidney meridian, push the upper three passes.
