3. Periodontitis: Tartar needs to be removed as soon as possible, and can be removed by supragingival cleaning and subgingival scraping to clean up the residue. If the symptoms are serious, then control the condition through systemic medication, such as oral metronidazole, tinidazole anti-anaerobic bacteria, or combined with roxithromycin, azithromycin treatment. Topically, minocycline gel can be used, which has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and the pain is more intense, oral ibuprofen and acetaminophen can be taken.
