How to Self-Treat Neck Pain

Cervical spondylosis: medication can be given, including anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs (such as indomethacin, etc.), vasodilators (such as flunarizine, mainly used in vertebral artery-type cervical spondylosis) and so on. Acupuncture, physiotherapy, traction, nerve block and other treatments are also feasible. Surgery can be performed if necessary.
