A congenital macroglossia (large mouth) deformity seriously affects one’s appearance, and a basically normal mouth shape can be obtained through surgery with an inconspicuous scar. The patient’s left side was about 1.5 CM longer than the right side before surgery. The scar was not obvious when the stitches were removed just after surgery.
