Major Symptoms of Endometrial Cancer

Endometrial cancer may present with symptoms such as vaginal bleeding, abnormal vaginal discharge and pain.
1. Vaginal bleeding: very few early endometrial cancer may be asymptomatic, but more than 90% of patients will have vaginal bleeding.
(1) Menopausal vaginal bleeding: postmenopausal vaginal bleeding is the main symptom of endometrial cancer, which can appear in early stage.
(2) Menstrual disorders: it manifests as disorders of menstrual cycle, drenching or even heavy vaginal bleeding.
2. Abnormal vaginal discharge: plasma or bloody secretion in early stage, and pus and blood-like liquid will be discharged in late stage when local infection occurs.
3. Pain: vague pain in the lower abdomen, caused by fluid accumulation, and pain in the lower limbs or lumbosacral region in the late stage.
