For children with hot hands and feet and fever, the following measures can be used: first, give children timely application of antipyretic drugs. If the child’s hands and feet are hot and the degree of fever is heavy, and the body temperature exceeds 38.5℃ under the axilla, the child should be given timely application of antipyretic drugs, such as ibuprofen, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and can effectively play the purpose of reducing fever. Second, give children timely anti-infection treatment. If children’s hot hands and feet fever is caused by infection, timely anti-infection is the fundamental treatment measure. For example, if it is caused by influenza virus, oseltamivir can be applied, and if it is caused by mycoplasma infection, erythromycin and other drugs need to be applied. Finally, children can be treated with timely elimination of food. If children have hot hands and feet, low fever, and bad breath, most of them are caused by indigestion and can be treated with pepsin elimination.
