BI-RADS grade 3 is the grading of the nature of breast nodules, which can be handled by close observation and surgical excision according to the size of the nodule. 1. Close observation: Grade 3 is usually benign lesions with a small possibility of cancer. If the diameter of the nodule is less than 1 cm and there is no obvious pressure and pain during the examination, no special treatment is usually needed, but it is necessary to repeat the examination every half a year to one year to monitor the enlargement of the nodule at any time. 2. Surgical excision: If the nodule is found to increase in size suddenly, or the diameter of the nodule itself is larger than 1 cm, or symptoms such as nipple discharge or obvious pain occur, minimally invasive rotary excision surgery can be considered to remove the nodule for treatment and histopathological examination. It is recommended that the patient should consult a doctor for a systematic examination and take appropriate treatment according to the doctor’s instructions.
