What’s wrong with a yellow nose with no airflow?

Yellow nasal discharge due to nasal disinflation is more common in clinical practice as a symptom of acute sinusitis or chronic sinusitis. In this case, it is mostly due to acute upper respiratory tract infection which leads to inflammatory reaction of sinus mucosa and even bacterial infection, accompanied by yellow pus nasal discharge. In the case of chronic sinusitis, the inflammatory reaction occurs due to long-term recurrence of poor drainage of the sinus outlet, which may manifest as long-term nasal congestion and yellow pus nasal discharge, and even accompanied by headache and dizziness. Of course, there is also a part that is likely to be sinus cysts or nasal cysts, and the nasal congestion and yellow pus nasal discharge occurs after the infection.
