The anesthesia method of nail extraction is generally using the root nerve block anesthesia, the patient’s palm is stretched out flat at the root of the finger to be extracted for anesthesia, the needle to the root of the finger at an angle of 45 °, about 1cm into the injection of anesthesia drugs. Firstly, anesthetize the dorsal nerve of the finger; secondly, anesthetize the dorsal metatarsal nerve of the opposite side as well as the metacarpophalangeal nerve close to the palm, the total amount of injected anesthetics should not be more than 5 ml, and then after successful anesthesia, make a heavy-duty incision along the two sides of the nail, and slowly separate the nail from the root of the nail, and then, when the nail is completely free, use the hemostatic forceps to turn the nail over and roll the nail to the side to make it detach from the nail bed.
