When do I need surgical help for a patient with Wind-Like Off?

Why does a patient with a wind-like disease need surgery? 1.To reduce or eliminate the pain of the disease and to relieve or alleviate the disease. 2.To slow down or terminate the disease process and protect the joints. For the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, people often think that some medication and injections are all that is needed. Surgery is always used when no other conservative treatment is available, because no one wants surgery. But in the case of rheumatoid arthritis patients, this is wrong, or at least one-sided. It is a very disabling disease. In advanced stages, the joints are severely damaged, subluxed or ankylosed, and the tendons are ruptured, so any drug treatment will not help, but must be surgically corrected to improve or rebuild the function of the joints and improve the patient’s ability to work and take care of himself. The synovial membrane and cartilage in the joint are the most vulnerable to the disease. When a patient develops synovitis, the joint will be locally swollen and painful, and this is synovitis at work. General practitioners will give appropriate anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving medication, and rheumatologists will give appropriate anti-rheumatic medication in accordance with the principles of rheumatism treatment. These are all necessary. However, if the patient does not have satisfactory results after 3 months of regular treatment and the joint swelling is obvious, synovectomy should be considered to interrupt the continuous destruction of the joint. Otherwise, persistent synovitis can destroy joint cartilage and cause irreversible joint damage. Simply put, medication controls the whole body and surgery improves the local area. When do I need surgery? 1. In the period of synovitis, conservative medication is not effective in March. Synovectomy is performed and it is now recommended to do it under arthroscopy if possible. 2.When joint destruction and tendon destruction occur, joint orthopaedic surgery is performed. Including: hand and foot orthopedics, arthroplasty, etc.
