Secondly, if there are urinary tract stones, three plus signs of occult blood can appear, usually accompanied by pain in the area where the stones are located, such as low back pain, abdominal pain or pain in the urethra, etc. Ultrasound examination of the urinary system is needed to rule out the presence of stones. Third, urinary tract infections can appear with three plus signs of occult blood, accompanied by positive leukocytes, or positive leukocyte esterase results, patients can be accompanied by frequent urination, urinary urgency, painful urination, lumbago, fever and other symptoms, further urine culture examination is needed to confirm the final diagnosis. Fourth, if there are tumors in the urinary tract, such as kidney, ureter, bladder and other tumors can lead to three plus signs of occult blood. In the early stage, there may not be any painful symptoms, but in the later stage, slight pain may appear. CT examination of urinary system is needed to further rule out the presence of tumor.
