If the above situation occurs, it is recommended to stop using it for 3 days and then recheck again, and no special treatment is needed to restore normal. If the patient continues to have positive occult blood in urine, the following diseases need to be considered: i. Urinary tract infection, combined with urinary frequency, urinary urgency, and urinary pain. Second, urethral stones, with pain in the lumbar region, can be clearly diagnosed by urological ultrasound. Third, urinary tract tuberculosis is usually secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis, with obvious symptoms such as afternoon hypothermia, night sweats and weight loss. Fourth, tumors are most common in the elderly. Especially urinary tract tumor or systemic tumor secondary to kidney and ureteral metastasis can be clearly diagnosed by abdominal CT and urinary tumor exfoliative cytology examination.
