How to treat occult blood in urine (+) in women

If a woman has occult blood (+) in routine urine examination, further examination is recommended to clarify the cause of the occult blood and then treat it symptomatically. If the examination confirms that the occult blood is caused by infection, it is recommended to take one capsule of levofloxacin hydrochloride orally three times a day for one week or one capsule of cefixime orally twice a day for one week for treatment. If the examination confirms the presence of urinary tract stones, it is recommended to choose extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy according to the location and size of the stones, or choose medication for stone removal or surgery to remove the stones, etc. The occult blood (+) in the urine can be restored to normal after the stones are removed. If a tumor in the urinary tract is diagnosed, minimally invasive surgery or surgical treatment is recommended to remove the tumor lesion, and the urine occult blood can be restored to normal. If the presence of platelet hypoplasia causes occult blood in urine (+), it is recommended to take Amineptin tablets 1.0g orally 3 times a day for one week to observe whether the urinary occult blood returns to normal.
