As a gastroenterology oncologist, I have seen too many gastric cancers and too many life and death departures over the years. I have summarized the ideas about how to maintain the stomach in these years, and hope it can be helpful to my friends. 1. diet ① eat less salty food; ② eat less pickled food, less chili pepper and raw onion and garlic; ③ eat less hot food (food temperature 40℃ is best); ④ eat less fried and barbecued food; ⑤ eat regularly, don’t be hungry and full; ⑥ don’t overeat; ⑦ eat not too much pork, beef and mutton; ⑧ eat more vegetables and fruits, note that this is more important than anything else; ⑨ drink more cool white water or mineral water; ⑩ eat proper Eat roughage (2-3 meals per week); ⑪ Eat less at restaurants, especially roadside stalls; 2, sleep ① Do not stay up late, this is also very important; ② Go to bed early, get up normally, go to bed before 11:00, preferably until you wake up naturally, do not stay in bed after waking up; ③ Seek help from a professional psychiatrist/sleep doctor when you have poor sleep; 3, exercise ① Exercise 3 times a week, 40 minutes each time, this is the minimum standard; ② Aerobic or anaerobic exercise is good. Aerobic exercise or anaerobic exercise is good? ③ Exercise time, 1-2 hours after meals, 10:00 a.m. is the best, followed by 3-4:00 p.m.; ④ You can’t exercise immediately after eating; ⑤ Walking and doing housework are not considered exercise; 4, mental factors ① to be happy; ② major mental shock should seek help from a psychiatrist / psychiatrist; ③ avoid depression and anxiety; ④ when overstressed at work put it aside 5, finally, please quit the following bad habits ① smoking; ② alcoholism or more than two taels of liquor per day; ③ like to eat rare food or rare food; ④ gambling; ⑤ like to drink hot drinks or hot tea; ⑥ poor personal hygiene; ⑦ long-term oral consumption of certain Chinese medicine or tonic (especially what stomach pills and so on should not be taken).
