Patients with metastatic nodules in the lungs may usually experience hemoptysis, chest tightness, hoarseness and other symptoms. 1. Hemoptysis: Hemoptysis in patients with lung nodules may be caused by rupture of capillaries in the lungs due to violent coughing. 2. Chest tightness: chest tightness in patients with lung nodules may be caused by the metastasis of the nodule, which leads to the compression of the airway. 3. Hoarseness: Hoarseness may be caused by the metastasis of the nodule to the mediastinal lymph nodes, resulting in the enlargement of the lymph nodes and compression of the nerves. The hoarseness may also be caused by a large nodule compressing the recurrent laryngeal nerve. However, the occurrence of the above symptoms does not necessarily mean that it is a metastatic nodule in the lungs. It is recommended that patients should go to the hospital in a timely manner, improve the examination to clarify the diagnosis, and under the guidance of doctors, timely treatment, wearing masks when going out and staying away from places with serious air pollution in daily life.
