Spleen deficiency evidence Main symptoms: The disease lasts for a long time and often recurs, with bleeding spots or patches all over the body or extremities, a purple rash, a yellowish complexion, and tiredness. The tongue is pale or has teeth marks, white coating, and the pulse is weak or sluggish. Symptom analysis: deficiency of cold in spleen and stomach, deficiency of middle qi, deficiency of qi without regulating blood, blood does not return to the meridian, overflowing to purpura. The rash is purple and dark when cold evil is present. If the spleen is deficient, the qi and blood cannot be glorified on the face, then the face is shriveled, and if the spleen cannot be glorified on the extremities, then tiredness and weakness. Pale tongue or teeth marks, white fur, weak or sluggish pulse are all signs of spleen deficiency.
