Sweating all the time belongs to sweating syndrome in Chinese medicine, which is mainly related to lung and guardian not solid, camp and guardian disorder, yin deficiency and internal heat, etc. It can be treated with traditional Chinese medicines such as Yu Ping Feng San, Astragalus, Gui Zhi, Wu Wu Tang, and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan.
1. The treatment is to harmonize Ying and Wei (making the body’s internal and external qi smooth, each in its own way). Astragalus, Gui Zhi and Five Substances Soup is the treatment of choice.
3. Yin deficiency and internal heat: mainly night sweating, emaciation, more sweating, lack of energy, disturbed and less sleep, more sweating after sleep, or accompanied by low-grade fever, dry mouth, and burning heat in the hands, feet and heart. The treatment is to nourish yin and clear heat, which can be done by using formulae such as Six-flavored Di Huang Pill.
