Right heel pain is generally not related to cancer. Right heel pain may be caused by plantar fasciitis, heel bone fracture, lumbar disc herniation, soft tissue injury of the heel.
1. Plantar Fasciitis: Long-term running or standing may cause the fascia and muscles at the bottom of the foot to be pulled repeatedly, thus causing aseptic inflammation of the fascia and other soft tissues, resulting in heel pain.
2. Fracture of the heel bone: external impact or falling from a height may lead to fracture of the heel bone, thus affecting the blood circulation of the surrounding tissues and nerves, which may also lead to the symptoms.
3. Lumbar disc herniation: structural changes in the lumbar discs, when the nucleus pulposus protrudes into the annulus fibrosus, it will compress the sciatic nerve and cause sensory abnormalities in the innervated area, thus causing heel pain.
4. Heel soft tissue injury: the collision and scraping of external objects will lead to injury to the heel muscles, tendons and other soft tissues, resulting in hyperplasia, oozing and other inflammatory reactions, resulting in heel pain.
If there is obvious pain in the right heel, it is recommended to go to the orthopedic department of the hospital to clarify the cause of the disease.
