Urethral irritation generally refers to the irritating effect on the urethra, which may cause the patient to experience clinical symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, painful urination, burning and itching in the urethra. Urethral irritation is usually due to urethritis, or urethral stones and other causes. When this clinical symptoms need to go to the hospital for further examination and treatment, it is recommended that the first can go to do routine urine examination. If there are secretions, it is recommended to do a smear examination of secretions, or secretion culture examination. In addition, the patient’s medical history needs to be carefully asked.
