Difference between lymph nodes and lymph nodes

The main difference between lymph nodes and lymphatic tuberculosis is shown in the following three points: 1, lymph nodes are the normal lymphatic reflux pathway, or the relay station of lymphatic reflux, which is a normal anatomical structure, while lymphatic tuberculosis refers to the foci caused by tuberculosis infection of lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels; 2, from the onset of the disease, lymph nodes can be due to the local infection of bacterial and viral infection caused by local lymphadenitis, which is a normal anatomical structure. In terms of pathogenesis, lymph nodes can be caused by localized bacterial or viral infection, or can be normal anatomical structures, while lymphatic tuberculosis must be tuberculosis infected lymph nodes or lymphatic vessels; 3. In terms of treatment, for lymphadenitis caused by respiratory or perineal infection, lymphadenitis can be relieved after treating the primary pathogenesis. For metastatic lymph node cancer caused by primary tumor of gastrointestinal tract, radiotherapy or even chemotherapy is usually needed. The treatment of lymph node cancer mainly adopts anti-tuberculosis treatment, that is, isoniazid plus rifampicin, combined with streptomycin if necessary, in order to get cured.
