Right lung atelectasis is a decrease in the volume or air content of the right lung lobe or part of the lung segment. There are many causes of pulmonary atelectasis, which can be broadly categorized into two main groups: obstructive pulmonary atelectasis and non-obstructive pulmonary atelectasis. 1. Obstructive pulmonary atelectasis: ① sputum mucus plugs, granulomas, tumors or foreign bodies can block the bronchial lumen. ② Lung cancer and lymph nodes compress the bronchial tubes. Bronchial stenosis or distortion. 2. Non-obstructive pulmonary atelectasis: ①compressive pulmonary atelectasis, pleural effusion, huge occupancy of lungs compressing lung tissues. ② passive pulmonary atelectasis, pneumothorax leads to the disappearance of negative pressure in the chest cavity causing pulmonary atelectasis. ③Adhesive pulmonary atelectasis, mainly caused by the reduction of lung surface active substances, such as radiation pneumonitis, pulmonary embolism, postoperative cardiac surgery. ④ Scarring pulmonary atelectasis, caused by pulmonary fibrosis, commonly seen in tuberculosis, idiopathic interstitial lung inflammation. The diagnostic value of chest CT for right lung atelectasis is relatively large, the appearance of right lung atelectasis, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for further diagnosis and treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
