How to treat right and left upper lobe occupations

Occupation of right and left upper lobe of lungs may be pneumonia, tuberculosis or malignant tumor of lungs, which can be relieved by medication, surgery, radiotherapy and so on according to the cause.
1. Pneumonia: it is due to infection of microorganisms or other physical factors. For bacterial infection, cefixime and cefradine can be taken orally, while for mycoplasma infection and chlamydia infection, clindamycin and azithromycin can be taken orally. The occupying lesion will gradually shrink through imaging examination.
2. Tuberculosis: mainly caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection of the lungs, the germ is infectious, after diagnosis, we need to do a good job of isolation, and adhere to oral isoniazid, rifampicin anti-tuberculosis.
3. Malignant tumors of lungs: such as carcinoma in situ and secondary carcinoma, for carcinoma in situ in early stage, radical surgery is usually recommended to remove the tumor. For patients who cannot undergo surgery, radiotherapy is needed to inhibit cancer cells as soon as possible, and radiotherapy includes local radiotherapy and systemic radiotherapy. The chemotherapy drugs for lung cancer can be cisplatin, gemcitabine and so on.
However, locoregional lesions in the upper lobe of the right and left lungs may also be benign tumors, such as misshapen tumors, pulmonary fibromas, etc., which need to be diagnosed and analyzed according to X-ray examination, enhanced CT examination, and pathological biopsy. Drugs need to be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
