What’s wrong with sleeping and sweating?



Causes of sleep sweating include environmental discomfort, hyperthyroidism, menopausal syndrome, and vegetative nervous disorders.

1. Environmental discomfort: sleeping quilt is too thick, or the indoor environment is too high, you will sweat when you sleep.
