How to treat habitual dislocation

There are two treatment options for habitual dislocation, the first being conservative treatment. The second is surgical treatment. The reason why habitual dislocation occurs is that the broken joint capsule never grows up due to the lack of systematic treatment after the first joint dislocation, and a broken gap is formed, so it leads to the occurrence of habitual dislocation. It is recommended to suspend or immobilize the affected limb for 4 weeks or even 6 weeks during conservative treatment to promote the healing of the broken joint capsule. Of course, not all conservative treatments are effective. If strictly conservative treatment is ineffective, surgical treatment can be considered, and minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment is preferred to repair the broken capsule under the arthroscope. If arthroscopy fails, surgical incision may be considered.
