Stomach cold does not usually cause bitter mouth. Patients with bitter mouth are often accompanied by rib pain, dry mouth, red eyes, loss of appetite, aversion to oil and grease, stomach pain and other such symptoms. Cold stomach is usually manifested as stomach pain, slowed down by heat, aggravated by cold, watery mouth, light mouth with a preference for hot beverages, indigestion and other symptoms, thus cold stomach does not usually cause bitter mouth.
