Chemotherapy is an important method of treatment for early stage breast cancer, and most early stage breast cancers need chemotherapy treatment, which has always been an important treatment method for malignant tumors. There are two very important types of drugs in the chemotherapy regimen for breast cancer: 1. Anthracyclines, i.e., the red potion that patients often talk about. Anthracyclines include adriamycin, epothilone, epizootic and other classes of red potions called anthracyclines. Anthracyclines are very important chemotherapeutic drugs; 2. Paclitaxel chemotherapeutic drugs, including paclitaxel, polyene paclitaxel, docetaxel, albumin paclitaxel, liposomal paclitaxel and other paclitaxel drugs. At present, anthracyclines and paclitaxel are the basis of all chemotherapeutic regimens in the treatment of early-stage breast cancer, and the most commonly used chemotherapeutic regimens are EC, TC, and EC-T, which are the most widely used chemotherapeutic regimens. For early-stage breast cancer, low-risk or intermediate-risk patients often choose the chemotherapy regimen of TC or AC. For patients with more lymph node metastasis or high-risk patients, the sequential regimen combining anthracycline and paclitaxel, such as AC-T or EC-T, will be chosen. For the adjuvant treatment of early-stage breast cancer, anthracycline and paclitaxel sequential therapy or monotherapy is an important method. For neoadjuvant therapy, anthracycline and paclitaxel combination therapy, such as TEC, is an important option. Targeted therapy is also very important. For HER2 and Luminal HER2 breast cancers, the combination of anthracycline and paclitaxel with targeted drugs will achieve better therapeutic effect. Therefore, at present, the most commonly used chemotherapy drugs are anthracycline and paclitaxel combination or sequential treatment program, i.e. EC, AC or TC or EC-T program is the most commonly used chemotherapy program.
