Reasons why the leukorrhea is always coffee-colored

A leukorrhea that is always coffee-colored means that there is vaginal bleeding and should be taken seriously. If it occurs during pregnancy, it is important to note that the bleeding may be caused by miscarriage, preterm labor or ectopic pregnancy, or it may be a precursor to an impending delivery. If pregnancy is ruled out, most of them are caused by organic lesions, such as cervical polyps, cervical fibroids, endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, or even cervical cancer or endometrial cancer, which can cause vaginal bleeding. It is recommended to consult a gynecologist for appropriate gynecological examinations to identify the cause and, if necessary, surgical treatment. It may also be caused by inflammation, and most of them also have symptoms of increased leucorrhea and vulvar itching.
