Symptoms of Mild Anemia

Mild anemia is defined as a hemoglobin concentration in the peripheral blood between 90-120 g/L. Patients with mild anemia are very common in clinical practice. The common symptoms of mild anemia are: a. mild pallor, dizziness, weakness, sometimes tinnitus, and forgetfulness, which are often mild and usually do not attract the patient’s attention; b. decrease in motor function, generally physical activity is not affected, but if doing more intense exercise and longer exercise, the patient’s endurance will be reduced; c. decrease in respiratory and circulatory function.
