Is UTI caused by untimely treatment?

Untreated kidney disease may cause uremia; however, if the kidney disease is severe, progression to uremia may not be avoided even after active treatment.
Uremia is mainly caused by primary glomerulonephritis or secondary nephropathy, primary glomerulonephritis is common in membranous nephropathy, IgA nephropathy, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, etc.; secondary nephropathy is common in diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive renal injury, etc.; in addition, hereditary diseases can also lead to renal failure, the common ones are polycystic kidney disease, Alport syndrome and so on.
If patients are not treated in time, resulting in prolonged condition, it may progress to chronic renal insufficiency and then uremia; if the condition is more serious, or hereditary diseases, such as polycystic kidney, etc., even after active treatment, it may eventually progress to uremia stage.
Uremia patients are advised to go to regular hospitals in a timely manner, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy under the guidance of the doctor.
