Self-loosening methods for patients with frozen shoulder at home

For patients with frozen shoulder, for climbing walls, pendulum exercises, towel gymnastics, stick exercises, etc. have long been known by the majority of medical personnel as well as patients, but such a proven and convenient method for self loosening of the shoulder joint is often not known to everyone. The following methods can improve the range of motion of the patient’s shoulder joint: 1. Sliding toward the caudal end: The patient sits on the edge of the bed or stool, the fingers on the affected side grasp the edge of the bed or stool, and the body is tilted like the healthy side, which can make the affected humerus slide toward the caudal end. As shown in the figure: 2. Sliding forward: The patient lies on his back, supported by bilateral elbow joints, with the body relaxed, so that the weight of the body falls between the bilateral elbow joints, which can make the humerus slide forward. As shown in the figure: 3. Sliding backward: The patient lies prone, supported by both elbows, with the body relaxed so that the weight of the body falls between the bilateral elbow joints, which can make the humerus slide backward. As shown in the figure.
