Whether the conservative treatment of femoral neck fracture can be good or not, need to be based on the patient’s age, condition and other comprehensive judgment, can not be generalized. For femoral neck fracture, conservative treatment mainly consists of wearing anti-rotation shoes and performing bone traction or skin traction treatment on the lower limbs for 6 to 8 weeks. If the fracture occurs in a young person with good health, if there is no obvious displacement, conservative treatment is usually recommended, and most patients recover well. Conservative treatment is usually not recommended in the case of a fracture of the neck of the femur in a young person with significant displacement or in the case of a fracture of the neck of the femur in an older person. Because conservative treatment leads to a higher probability of femoral head necrosis, surgical treatment is usually recommended to speed up the recovery.
