Ditch bad habits and stay away from the threat of pain

  Many people suffer from various kinds of pain from time to time, and some physical pain is caused by the chronic accumulation of bad habits in life. In the clinic work encountered numerous such patients, and there is a trend of increasing and younger, it is recommended that we recognize and abandon bad habits as soon as possible to stay away from the threat of pain.  There are many kinds of diseases that cause shoulder pain, but “frozen shoulder” only accounts for 60%. The most easily confused orthopedic disease with frozen shoulder is rotator cuff injury, and about 30% of people over the age of 60 have rotator cuff injuries of varying degrees. Rotator cuff injuries can be divided into two types: acute lacerations and chronic strain injuries. Nowadays, cervical spondylosis, shoulder pain and lumbar disc herniation have a younger trend, mainly because of the usual lack of exercise, when using the computer for a long time body bent forward, staring at the computer, ambulatory work.
