When we practice the u sound, we should pay special attention to the following: (1) Do not press the larynx, make the larynx drop naturally, use deep inhalation to experience the larynx drop; (2) Relax the chin and tongue root, make the oropharynx not stiff; (3) Feel the nasal cavity, oral cavity and chest cavity are connected when pronouncing, like a smooth pipe. The correct u-vowel can feel the resonant vibration of both head and chest cavity. We usually use a single sound to find the feeling I mentioned above. With the foundation of u-vowel pronunciation, we can experience the breath of singing and realize that the voice does not depend on the throat alone (as people think), it is the organic combination of the head cavity (treble), throat cavity (middle voice) and chest cavity (bass) to produce a smooth, round, penetrating and lasting sound. Before speaking, be sure to take a full breath, and then smoothly use the breath to speak slowly. Consciously lower the head forward, jaw inward, so that the neck muscles relax, the back of the neck naturally straight, so that the throat, nasopharynx resonance cavity into a straight line. The following word I offer you to practice saying is “gun” Before practicing “gun”, we have to do a little preparation, that is, the breath should be deep, the mouth should be empty, as if containing a ball, the nasal cavity should be open, the chest and head cavity to feel the top and bottom even up. When these have been prepared, we can vocalize, the power of vocalization must be in the small abdominal rebound force, so that the resonance of the oral cavity to get the outbreak. You can press your hand on the belly, feel the beginning of the sound in the belly, when the belly force, the sound from the belly quickly hit the eyebrows, pop. The “m” m i sound practice, “m” sound itself is flat, is the upper and lower teeth together after the sound. In order to give it a certain resonance space, we can use “m i (m) + (applause)” when practicing, the latter “applause” sound makes the mouth round and the sound is concentrated. When pronouncing the sound “m i (m) + (phew)”, the initial practice must be made within 1 second, with the same requirements as above, with breath and resonance. When you have mastered it, you can lengthen each sound, because the “m” sound has more nasal resonance, so the nasal cavity should be erected, actively open, so that it resonates in the nasal cavity. When this single sound is pronounced correctly, you can add the word “m ao (cap)” and use “(m i + appeal) + cap” to alternate the consonant. The “cap” itself is the same as the “gun” pronunciation, so the opening, the continuous training of a handful of accents, for the future of more word sound changes to lay the foundation. In other words, no matter what the sound is, the breath foundation of our pronunciation cannot be changed, with this foundation, our voice will have staying power. Through a period of single and double tone practice, the breath of vocalization has been further improved, we can do some more complex word sound training. Next, you can do some tongue twister training. After the previous fast and slow voice training, the feeling of the voice has basically formed. As said training process, we have a basic understanding, of course, in training, some people practice single tone or single word can be better use of breath, once encountered with multiple words, it is difficult to issue a single tone quality. When you have a certain amount of time to accumulate, your breath fulcrum of speech will definitely move down, especially when you speak loudly, you will definitely unconsciously use the power of the abdominal muscles, and finally get an unexpectedly good voice. Last but not least, no matter how good your voice is, no matter how scientific the method is, if you use your voice for a long time with a large amount of movement, you will have voice lesions. Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that the training should be based on the scientific and clever allocation of time for the use of the voice.
