How long is the course of treatment for colitis with infliximab?

Common adverse reactions include infusion reactions, delayed anaphylactoid reactions, infections, and congestive heart failure. It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to murine proteins or other components of the product. In patients with moderate to severe heart failure, administration of this product may increase the rate of hospitalization and mortality due to exacerbation of heart failure.
