High pressure, 120. Low pressure, 90. Is that important?

A high pressure of 120 and a low pressure of 90 are within the normal range.
High pressure, called systolic pressure, is the blood pressure when the blood pressure reaches its highest level during ventricular contraction. Low blood pressure, also known as diastolic blood pressure, is the blood pressure when the blood pressure reaches its lowest level at the end of diastole. In a quiet state, normal systolic blood pressure is 100 ~ 120 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is 60 ~ 80 mmHg. There are individual, age, and gender differences in blood pressure.
To be diagnosed with hypertension, one must be off antihypertensive medication, rest for about 15 minutes, and have three measurements of blood pressure on non-simultaneous days to achieve or exceed a systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg.
Hypertension classification:Grade 1 hypertension systolic blood pressure is 140 ~ 159 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is 90 ~ 99 mmHg; Grade 2 hypertension systolic blood pressure is 160 ~ 179 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is 100 ~ 109 mmHgGrade 3 hypertension:systolic blood pressure ≥180 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure ≥110 mmhg.
Simple systolic hypertension systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure ≤ 90 mmHg.
If there is an abnormal change in blood pressure, it is necessary to consult a doctor in a timely manner to complete the treatment under the guidance of the doctor, do not blindly take medication.
