Side effects of Azo

Aisin is Docetaxel injection, and its side effects mainly include bone marrow suppression, immune system abnormalities, nervous system abnormalities, skin and subcutaneous tissue abnormalities, gastrointestinal reactions, and systemic and injection site abnormalities.
1. Myelosuppression: Common adverse reactions to docetaxel include myelosuppression, and neutropenia is one of its most common adverse reactions.
2. Immune system abnormalities including allergic reactions, mainly manifested as chest tightness, dyspnea, drug fever or chills, and in severe cases, hypotension and bronchospasm can occur. Docetaxel is prone to allergic reactions and requires pretreatment before use.
3. Neurological abnormalities include sensory disturbances, pain, and weakness of limbs.
4. Skin and subcutaneous tissue abnormalities include rash with itching on the skin of hands and feet, buttocks, chest, and face, nail lesions, and hyperpigmentation.
5. Gastrointestinal reactions: patients may experience gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting after docetaxel administration.
6. Systemic and injection site abnormalities include phlebitis, swelling, peripheral edema, and pericardial effusion.
