Is heartburn for half a month stomach cancer?



Heartburn for half a month may be gastric cancer, or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer and other diseases.

1. Gastric cancer: it is one of the most common tumors in human body. Early stage of gastric cancer may have no obvious manifestation, only bloating and heartburn sensation, and in advanced stage, it may vomit blood, have blood in stool and other clinical manifestations.

2. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): it is a disease caused by the reflux of gastroduodenal contents into the esophagus, and it often has the manifestations of reflux and heartburn, and some of the patients also have the manifestations of retrosternal pain and heartburn sensation.

3. Chronic gastritis: chronic gastric mucosal lesions caused by a variety of reasons. Clinical manifestations include epigastric discomfort, distension and burning pain.

4. Gastric ulcer: refers to the defect of gastrointestinal mucosa, the typical symptom is epigastric pain, which may include distension, severe pain, burning pain and so on.
