The foreign body like minced meat discharged from menstrual blood is the shed endometrial tissue, which is a relatively common physiological phenomenon during menstruation and does not require special treatment. With the rapid decline of progesterone level in the body before menstruation, the proliferated endometrium will undergo necrosis and exfoliation causing bleeding phenomenon which is menstruation. The proliferating decidual tissue peels off and mixes with the menstrual blood flow to form a clot, and the tissue contains more objects like minced meat. Some women also have excessive menstrual blood that is discharged in a timely manner during menstruation, and the clots are discharged together with the decidualized tissues. It may also be caused when suffering from endometritis.
