It can treat frequent urination, urgent urination, turbid urine and painful urinary dribbling caused by damp-heat in the lower Jiao (dampness and heat invading the intestines, bladder, pubic region, lower limbs, etc.).
It should not be taken by people with deficiency of spleen and kidney, the drug is bitter and cold, and should not be taken for a long time, drink more water during the period of taking it, and the adverse effects are not exact.
Guiding Chi San is composed of Bamboo Leaf, Licorice, Mutong and Radix et Rhizoma Shengdi, which can clear heart fire and facilitate urination, treating heart meridian with heat such as heartburn and thirst, mouth and tongue sores, frequent urination, dribbling and astringent pain.
